Responsibilities
- Own the design and continuous improvement of packaged or SaaS application solutions.
- Manage configuration processes, integrations, and release cycles.
- Establish platform development and deployment standards and best practices.
- Ensure solution stability, scalability, performance, and quality throughout deployment.
- Serve as an SME, make team decisions, and provide solutions across multiple teams.
- Mentor team members and coordinate cross-functional communication on project goals and deliverables.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience in SAP for Retail.
- Proficiency in SAP for Retail and SAP CAR (Customer Activity Repository).
- Strong knowledge of configuration and integration processes for packaged or cloud-based applications.
- Ability to design scalable and maintainable solutions aligned with business and technical requirements.
- Experience managing release cycles and quality assurance during deployment.
- Familiarity with platform performance optimization and stability management.
- Experience with Specialty Retail is preferred.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
