Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain software at the core of Kapacity.io’s optimization products.
- Become a core contributor to the codebase and participate in work planning, retrospectives, and overall team improvement.
- Work directly with sales to translate business needs into viable technical solutions.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience developing and deploying production-quality software.
- Experience with UI/UX development.
- Experience with TypeScript and JavaScript.
- Experience with Go, Python, Docker, and AWS.
- Experience with relational databases, specifically PostgreSQL.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Adaptability and resilience when facing new, difficult, and ambiguous challenges.
- Ability to work regularly from the Helsinki office; weekly office presence is required.
- Interest in energy, power markets, and HVAC is helpful but not required.
