Responsibilities
- Lead AI transformation projects from discovery through delivery.
- Develop transformation roadmaps grounded in client constraints.
- Identify high-value AI use cases and prototype solutions.
- Communicate complex AI concepts to various stakeholders.
- Contribute to business development and deepen client relationships.
- Apply AI tools across workflows to enhance efficiency.
- Shape how Human Agency delivers and learns as a senior team member.
Requirements
- 5–8+ years of experience in management consulting or product strategy.
- Proven track record of implementing AI solutions in organizations.
- Fluency with AI tooling landscape and decision-making on build vs. buy.
- Ability to lead senior-level client relationships and manage ambiguity.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in 0-to-1 product building.
- Bonus: Background in venture studios or high-growth AI companies.
