Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and support enterprise IGA solutions using SailPoint, Saviynt, or Entra IGA.
- Lead IGA architecture for identity lifecycle management, provisioning, access requests, and access certifications.
- Configure connectors for Active Directory, LDAP, databases, and REST-based applications.
- Design and implement Joiner–Mover–Leaver workflows and automated provisioning.
- Configure access certification campaigns and Segregation of Duties rules.
- Develop custom integrations, rules, and workflows using Java/J2EE, SQL, REST/SOAP APIs, and JSON.
- Implement RBAC models aligned with business needs.
- Conduct requirements gathering and stakeholder workshops.
- Provide effort estimates for implementation, customization, and support activities.
- Prepare and maintain technical and design documentation.
- Mentor team members and support client-facing presentations when required.
Requirements
- Four years of relevant experience is required.
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Hands-on experience implementing enterprise Identity Governance and Administration solutions is required.
- Mandatory skills include Java/J2EE, SQL, REST and SOAP APIs, JSON, Active Directory, and LDAP.
- Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management, access governance, workflows, policies, connectors, and certifications is required.
- Experience with Saviynt for SAP is required.
- Strong AD and LDAP integration knowledge is preferred.
- Client-facing experience, presentation skills, and experience leading or mentoring team members are preferred.
