Base Salary
$165k - $330k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and build continuous deployment infrastructure across dozens of Kubernetes clusters and global regions.
- Develop progressive delivery systems including canary releases, staged rollouts, and automated rollback.
- Reduce release-pipeline friction and automate manual operational workflows.
- Partner with product and infrastructure teams to make services deployable, observable, and resilient at scale.
- Implement and evolve GitOps, infrastructure-as-code, and progressive delivery practices.
- Build automated deployment-health evaluation using metrics, logs, traces, and alerts to detect regressions and trigger safe rollbacks.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Go and/or Python.
- Experience working with Kubernetes-based deployment systems at scale.
- Experience building or operating continuous deployment platforms.
- Familiarity with GitOps tooling such as ArgoCD or Flux.
- Commitment to safe production rollouts and minimizing blast radius.
- Interest in developer tooling best practices; experience developing open-source developer tools is a bonus.
- Ability to work independently on ambiguous, high-impact technical challenges.
- Interest in agent-assisted or autonomous deployment workflows using modern AI tooling.
