Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and update software QA methodologies.
- Design and implement test strategies and test plans for projects and enhancements.
- Review requirements and design documents and identify test scenarios.
- Document QA and user acceptance test cases and prepare test data with development teams and end users.
- Execute test plans and test cases during QA cycles and manage user acceptance testing.
- Document defects, coordinate resolution with developers and analysts, and report test progress to project stakeholders.
- Analyze workflows and recommend quality and procedural improvements.
- Provide training and functional guidance to QA associates.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of quality assurance experience, preferably with financial or retail systems, including ecommerce.
- A college or university degree focused on Computer Science is preferred.
- Working knowledge of JIRA, Quality Center, and Azure DevOps.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- SQL experience and experience with database software such as DB2 and Microsoft SQL Server.
- Working knowledge of Windows, IBM iSeries (AS/400), and Linux.
- Experience with Playwright and JavaScript; Appium experience is an asset.
