Responsibilities
- Design, build, configure, and implement custom software and robotic process automation applications.
- Gather and analyze requirements with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Document technical specifications and user guides for application deployment and maintenance.
- Troubleshoot automation scripts, software configurations, and complex application issues.
- Integrate robotic process automation tools with enterprise applications.
- Monitor application performance and recommend improvements to efficiency and user experience.
- Act as a subject matter expert, contribute to team discussions, and provide solutions to work-related problems.
- Share knowledge and provide best-practice guidance to junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience with Microsoft Robotic Process Automation Advanced.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Robotic Process Automation Advanced.
- Strong understanding of automation workflows and process optimization techniques.
- Experience designing and implementing scalable robotic process automation solutions.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex automation scripts and software configuration issues.
- Familiarity with integrating robotic process automation tools with enterprise applications.
- Good communication skills for collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- 15 years of full-time education.
