Responsibilities
- Own the availability, reliability, and performance of security services running on Kubernetes.
- Design and build AI Security Guardrails, AI Security Posture Management, and Shadow AI Discovery products.
- Build and maintain APIs, data connectors, and integration pipelines for enterprise gateways and the Cyber ecosystem.
- Integrate AI security tools into CI/CD deployment pipelines with automated security benchmarks and testing frameworks.
- Partner with AI platform, DevOps, IAM, and Security Architecture teams.
- Deliver production-ready AI security solutions while promoting safety and privacy by design.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- At least 6 years of backend software engineering experience with strong production-level coding proficiency in Python.
- Experience building containerized services with Kubernetes or OpenShift.
- Experience designing and building REST APIs, data connectors, and integration pipelines.
- Experience defining and implementing infrastructure and application pipelines.
- Ability to develop robust AI security platforms, drive continuous improvement, and communicate with technical and business stakeholders.
- Preferred experience with LangChain, LangGraph, Langfuse, LangSmith, Semgrep, Snyk, SonarQube, Vault, KMS, AI security evaluation tools, dual-cloud or hybrid environments, Grafana, Prometheus, and OpenTelemetry.
- Knowledge of evolving AI security threats and defensive mechanisms is preferred.
