Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of React Native mobile solutions, including architecture and technical choices.
- Develop and integrate mobile applications using React Native and native iOS and Android technologies.
- Define mobile application ergonomics while applying platform constraints and best practices.
- Contribute to Scrum delivery through short development cycles, user interaction, project methods, tools, and performance indicators.
- Implement and promote modern development practices, including automated unit testing.
- Set up continuous integration to automate builds, tests, signing, and distribution to Android, iOS, and private stores.
- Mentor junior colleagues and support the development team's skills.
- Act as a consultant by proposing value-adding solutions and advising clients on technical choices.
Requirements
- Bac+5 in computer science.
- At least 5 years of mobile development experience, including significant production experience with React Native.
- At least 3 years of experience in a technical lead role.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Ability to propose value-adding solutions while considering project objectives and deadlines.
- Creativity, innovation, and the ability to address technical challenges.
- English proficiency sufficient for effective communication in an international context.
