Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of AI-driven ServiceNow solutions across multiple client engagements.
- Define and enforce architecture standards, governance, security, compliance, and observability for AI features.
- Lead discovery workshops, define AI roadmaps, and align solutions with client business priorities.
- Introduce GenAI and agentic design patterns into ServiceNow workflows.
- Mentor and manage cross-functional teams while promoting product thinking and engineering excellence.
- Partner with leadership to scale AI adoption, manage risk, and develop sustainable delivery models.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of professional experience.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Advanced expertise in ServiceNow architecture, including App Engine, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Scoped Apps.
- Strong proficiency with Virtual Agent, AI Search optimization, and Now Assist configuration.
- Deep understanding of LLM integration, prompt engineering, evaluation frameworks, agentic design patterns, orchestration frameworks, and RAG/vector search concepts.
- Familiarity with Azure OpenAI, AWS and GCP AI services, and enterprise observability for AI models.
- Ability to implement Responsible AI practices, governance, and compliance standards.
- Experience with REST/SOAP integration patterns, MID Server, OAuth, and SAML.
- Ability to lead delivery teams, manage stakeholders, influence decisions, drive innovation, and coach teams in complex client environments.
