Responsibilities
- Architect large language models that process and generate natural language.
- Design neural network parameters and support training on large quantities of unlabeled text data.
- Monitor and evaluate language-model performance and interpret performance metrics.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert, make team decisions, and provide solutions across multiple teams.
- Collaborate with and manage teams, contribute to key decisions, and facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of experience in Large Language Models.
- Proficiency in Large Language Models.
- Strong understanding of neural network architectures and their applications.
- Experience with natural language processing techniques and tools.
- Familiarity with data preprocessing and augmentation methods.
- Ability to analyze and interpret model performance metrics.
- 15 years of full-time education.
