Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement tailored software solutions for customer consulting and software development projects.
- Work across all phases of software engineering and actively involve customers in the development process.
- Apply AI methods and tools, including LLMs, agentic frameworks, code generation, and test automation, throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Provide technical leadership in project teams when needed and share knowledge through training and internal exchange.
- Build and maintain trusted customer relationships and contribute independently to project team success.
Requirements
- Completed university degree in computer science or a comparable discipline.
- Deep practical knowledge of frontend and backend development, including Java, Spring, Kotlin, Angular, VueJS, and React.
- Ability to communicate confidently with customers and actively shape customer collaboration.
- Fluent German at a minimum C1 level and very good English at a minimum B2 level.
- Ability to work independently and contribute actively to project success.
