Base Salary

Responsibilities

Design, implement, maintain, and deliver software features, services, and components independently.
Write clean, maintainable, secure, and well-tested code and develop unit, integration, and component tests.
Contribute to low- and mid-complexity design decisions, architectural patterns, code reviews, and technical discussions.
Troubleshoot defects and technical issues across development, test, pre-production, and production environments using debugging and root-cause analysis.
Collaborate with product, QA, DevOps, and engineering teams in Agile delivery activities.
Use CI/CD pipelines, version control, and deployment tools to support stable releases and operational readiness.
Create technical documentation, share knowledge, and contribute to improvements in code quality, processes, and system reliability.
Apply privacy, risk, compliance, security, performance, and scalability requirements to software designs and implementations.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Typically 2–5 years of professional software development experience, including delivery of production-ready software features or services.
Proficiency in one or more programming languages and related frameworks.
Understanding of software design principles, data structures, and algorithms.
Experience with APIs, databases, and version control systems.
Familiarity with Agile development and CI/CD practices.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, accountability, and quality-focused skills.
Ability to work independently within a defined scope and provide guidance or training to entry-level employees.
