Responsibilities
- Design and implement complex, real-time UI features for conversational interfaces.
- Build high-performance WebSocket pipelines to manage streamed data.
- Optimize scrolling and rendering performance using advanced techniques.
- Implement fault-tolerant UI logic for seamless user experiences.
- Architect state management and caching strategies for data consistency.
- Collaborate with designers to create accessible and responsive interfaces.
- Enhance the frontend developer experience by refining build pipelines and testing standards.
- Instrument client-side telemetry to measure performance metrics.
- Mentor teammates through design reviews and pair programming.
- Work closely with backend and AI/ML teams to co-design APIs and resiliency mechanisms.
- Shape the technical direction of the AI Platform's frontend.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of professional frontend development experience.
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript and asynchronous browser behavior.
- Experience with Svelte, React, or another modern UI framework.
- Strong debugging and performance profiling skills.
- Experience integrating real-time or streaming data into user interfaces.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and mentoring skills.
- Familiarity with AI/LLM-powered interfaces or data-rich visualization frameworks is a plus.
