Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, modify, debug, test, and validate embedded and cloud-edge software and specialized utility programs.
- Develop C software, board support packages, device drivers, board bring-up processes, RTOS software, secure boot, and TrustZone-based solutions.
- Build and debug applications running in Embedded Linux environments and implement unit tests for C development.
- Design firmware enabling scalable, topology-aware communication across AI accelerator deployments spanning SoC, card, server, and rack levels.
- Collaborate with systems, hardware, architecture, test engineers, and distributed international teams on system-level software solutions.
- Debug performance bottlenecks across compute, memory, and I/O subsystems using software and hardware debugging tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field plus 2+ years of software engineering or related experience; or a master’s degree plus 1+ year; or a PhD in a related field.
- 2+ years of academic or work experience with programming languages such as C, C++, Java, or Python.
- Proficiency in C development, debugging, testing, GNU/LLVM tools, embedded platforms, and JTAG/SWD stop-mode debugging.
- Experience with BSP and device-driver development, board bring-up, RTOS, secure boot, TrustZone architecture, Embedded Linux, unit testing, and multithreaded programming.
- Understanding of SoC architecture, hardware blocks, memory, buses, I/O, microprocessor execution levels, interrupt controllers, and timers.
- Experience with source-code and configuration-management tools such as Git and Gerrit.
- Familiarity with PCIe, LPDDR, SMMU, SR-IOV, I2C, SPI, SPMI, AVSBus, PMBus, ECC, PCI AER, ARM, RISC-V, and Hexagon DSPs is desirable.
- Experience with Qualcomm Core SW Infra, Glink, QDSS, DVFS, DCVS, OpenBMC, IPMI, Redfish, PLDM, and MCTP is desirable.
- Understanding of accelerator architectures, compute engines, memory hierarchies, DMA engines, and host-device communication mechanisms.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and work collaboratively in a structured, international, multi-site software-development environment.
