Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Lead requirements analysis, system design, integration, testing, deployment, and enhancement across the full software development lifecycle.
- Deliver end-to-end full-stack cloud software services, including installation, evaluation, issue resolution, and production maintenance.
- Design distributed computing solutions using massively parallel computation models and NoSQL architectures for large-scale datasets.
- Design and optimize Neo4j graph schemas, Cypher queries, indexes, APOC procedures, and graph analytics workflows.
- Develop scalable Spring Boot microservices and integrate graph databases with RDBMS platforms or search engines such as Elasticsearch.
- Develop unit, integration, and end-to-end tests, test plans, scripts, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Diagnose complex technical issues and develop enhancements that improve system performance and reliability.
- Create technical documentation, ontologies, data models, schemas, and API specifications.
- Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product managers and communicate technical information clearly.
Requirements
- At least 20 years of software engineering experience supporting programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
- At least 8 years of software development or engineering experience across the full SDLC.
- At least 6 years of experience with high-level languages such as Java, C, or C++.
- At least 5 years of experience developing software in UNIX/Linux, specifically Red Hat, environments.
- Experience with NoSQL products including HBase, Accumulo, and Bigtable, plus MapReduce technologies such as Hadoop, Hive, Pig, and HDFS.
- Proficiency with RESTful services and JSON/BSON serialization formats.
- Experience performing requirements analysis and designing at least one major object-oriented system.
- Advanced Spring Boot ecosystem experience, including Spring Data, Spring Security, and Spring Cloud.
- Experience in graph data integration and analytics and at least four listed knowledge areas, including graph modeling, Java microservices, graph-relational integration, graph algorithms, advanced analytics, cloud scalability, AI and pattern discovery, specialized processing, or data modeling.
- Active TS/SCI clearance with a current polygraph is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related discipline, or four additional years of qualifying software engineering experience in place of the degree.
