Responsibilities
- Implement and enhance ServiceNow solutions across global teams and multiple locations.
- Design, develop, configure, customize, and maintain ServiceNow applications, workflows, and enterprise integrations.
- Translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow technical solutions and support process standardization.
- Configure ServiceNow using Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and UI Actions, and develop solutions with Jelly Scripting and AngularJS.
- Perform component integration testing, end-to-end solution validation, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams to deliver solutions.
- Follow ServiceNow development standards, governance, and security best practices.
- Participate in design reviews, platform improvements, upgrades, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support implementation and adoption of ServiceNow modules across the organization.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
- Strong experience with ServiceNow SPM, CSM, and ITSM modules.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Service Portal, integrations, platform architecture, configuration, and customization.
- Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into scalable technical solutions.
- Hands-on experience with Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Jelly Scripting, and AngularJS.
- Experience developing and maintaining integrations with third-party and enterprise applications.
- Experience with component integration testing, troubleshooting, debugging, and problem solving.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow development best practices and governance.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with ITOM, GRC, or HRSD is advantageous.
- ITIL knowledge is preferred.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
