Responsibilities
- Develop software and ASPICE processes for low-pressure water pumps and fans.
- Write software requirements and design documents based on customer and system-team input.
- Develop motor-control application software.
- Develop and validate inverter thermal-protection algorithms.
- Perform motor-bench calibration.
- Resolve control issues during debugging and production.
Requirements
- Knowledge of IPMSM or IM motor operating principles.
- Proficiency in core algorithm design and optimization, including IFOC/FOC, MTPA, MPTV, weak magnetic field operation, OVM, harmonic injection, and PWM modulation.
- Knowledge of software fault-diagnosis strategy development for PMSM/ASM motors.
- Knowledge of PMSM/ASM motor parameter calibration.
