Responsibilities
- Set up and maintain continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines for new and existing projects.
- Package and containerize complex distributed real-time applications for simulation environments.
- Automate development, integration, and deployment processes in collaboration with the integration team.
- Create and perform unit tests for simulation components using C++ and Python.
- Educate developers about CI/CD through tutorials, documentation, and regular talks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a comparable engineering subject.
- Many years of relevant professional experience.
- Experience with Jenkins, Nexus, SonarQube, and pipeline setup.
- Knowledge of various Linux distributions and packaging applications and libraries for multiple platforms.
- Experience with apt, yum, Conan, Docker, Proxmox, oVirt/RHEV, Swarm, Kubernetes, Ansible, and Git.
- Good knowledge of at least one scripting language such as Python; C++ experience is beneficial.
- Very good written and spoken English.
- Ability to obtain or eligibility for security clearance from recognized authorities.
