Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve CI/CD pipeline issues across multiple teams and environments.
- Support and optimise cloud infrastructure hosted on AWS and Microsoft Azure.
- Maintain deployment pipelines using Concourse, Fly CLI, Azure DevOps, and Kubernetes-based platforms.
- Design, develop, enhance, and support applications using C# and .NET.
- Build and improve containerised deployment solutions using Docker and support Kubernetes deployments.
- Investigate production incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventative measures.
- Conduct security reviews, remediate vulnerabilities, and support application, dependency, and infrastructure upgrades.
- Contribute to technical design, solution architecture, releases, lifecycle management, monitoring, and continuous service improvement.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, product owners, stakeholders, and distributed teams.
Requirements
- Strong experience supporting cloud infrastructure in AWS and Azure environments.
- Experience troubleshooting and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
- Experience with Kubernetes, containerised platforms, Docker, and container-based development workflows.
- Strong commercial experience developing applications with C# and .NET.
- Experience monitoring and troubleshooting cloud services and resolving production incidents.
- Experience with Concourse CI and Fly CLI.
- Experience working with TypeScript and React applications.
- Knowledge of Azure DevOps, secure software development, vulnerability remediation, Clean Architecture, and Domain-Driven Design.
- Understanding of DevSecOps practices and exposure to modernisation or legacy application transformation programmes.
- AWS and/or Microsoft Azure certifications are desirable.
- Ability to take ownership across the product lifecycle, communicate technical concepts clearly, collaborate effectively, and promote engineering best practices.
