Base Salary
$198k - $273k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own the architecture and delivery of agentic workflows for marketing content creation and publishing across blogs, landing pages, microsites, and social properties.
- Partner with the Web Platform Staff Engineer on CMS architecture and AI-oriented content models.
- Build the agent reliability system, including workflow quality criteria, evaluation suites, behavioral regression testing, and feedback loops.
- Architect human-in-the-loop review across the publishing pipeline, including proposal and commit separation, diff-based review, approval routing, notifications, and audit logging.
- Implement brand, legal, and compliance guardrails within agent workflows.
- Partner with the Web Products Staff Engineer to maintain content quality and brand standards across databricks.com.
- Mentor and grow a Senior Engineer while establishing production-grade agentic engineering standards.
Requirements
- 12+ years of software engineering experience with a track record of technical ownership on production systems.
- Hands-on experience building and operating LLM-powered systems in production.
- Experience designing quality and evaluation frameworks for probabilistic or generative outputs.
- Strong understanding of human-in-the-loop system design, including approval workflows, review interfaces, audit logging, and guardrails.
- Deep understanding of agents interacting with content systems, publishing pipelines, CMS architecture, deployment pipelines, and edge delivery.
- Ability to translate non-engineering stakeholder workflows into agent architecture.
- Experience mentoring engineers and elevating technical execution across a team.
