Base Salary
$198k - $273k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own the architecture and delivery of agentic workflows for marketing content.
- Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to understand workflows and define quality criteria.
- Build and maintain the agent reliability system, including output quality criteria and feedback loops.
- Design human-in-the-loop review systems for the publishing pipeline.
- Implement brand, legal, and compliance constraints within agent workflows.
- Ensure agent-generated content meets quality and brand standards.
- Mentor and grow the Senior Engineer on the team.
Requirements
- 12+ years of software engineering experience with a track record of technical ownership.
- Hands-on experience with LLM-powered systems in production.
- Strong understanding of human-in-the-loop system design.
- Deep knowledge of content systems, publishing pipelines, and web infrastructure.
- Ability to translate workflow requirements into agent architecture.
- Experience mentoring engineers and enhancing technical execution.
