Base Salary
$185k - $218k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and launch new products in collaboration with customers and team members.
- Take ownership of developing end-to-end applications from idea to delivery.
- Build and improve APIs, integrating with third-party services.
- Adopt a customer-centric approach to understand and implement useful features.
- Maintain code reliability through testing and best practices.
- Run product experiments to guide future development.
- Develop scalable APIs and event-based architecture for high traffic.
Requirements
- BS/MS degree in computer science or an engineering discipline.
- 5+ years of full stack software development experience.
- Advanced knowledge in Ruby (Rails) and JavaScript (React) or similar frameworks.
- Experience in fast-paced startup environments.
- Comfort with ambiguity and a strong bias for action.
- Ability to validate customer needs and ship rapid MVPs.
