Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain modern responsive web pages using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related technologies.
Build, configure, and maintain SharePoint Online pages, lists, workflows, document libraries, and site collections.
Develop business applications, workflows, dashboards, and automations using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
Gather stakeholder requirements and translate business needs into usable technical solutions.
Support content management, version control, information architecture, documentation, troubleshooting, user support, and maintenance.
Coordinate with cybersecurity personnel to ensure compliance with Army and DoD security requirements.
Participate in Agile or hybrid project management activities as required.

At least 5 years of experience developing and maintaining web-based solutions.
Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Power Apps or Power Automate, mockup development, design systems, UI/UX presentations, responsive design, or AI-supported code development.
Experience with Power BI dashboards and data modeling, Dataverse, React, RBAS and authorization for CAC-enabled websites, SharePoint Framework, or PowerShell is desired.
Experience with DoD cybersecurity processes, STIGs, RMF, or AI prompts for SDLC acceleration is desired.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field, or equivalent experience in lieu of the degree.
Must possess or be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with strong communication and documentation skills.
