Responsibilities
- Assist new clients with onboarding and go-live processes following established guidelines.
- Document and communicate work and issues with high precision.
- Create and update technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
- Communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical teams.
- Assist in evaluating and integrating generative AI tools into workflows.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A passion for technology and a desire to learn.
- Ability to utilize generative AI tools effectively.
- Japanese proficiency preferred.
- Familiarity with URL components and structures is a plus.
- Understanding of networking, databases, and APIs is beneficial.
- Familiarity with Python, JavaScript, HTML, and SQL is a plus.
