Responsibilities
- Assist new clients with onboarding and go-live processes by following established guidelines and SOPs.
- Troubleshoot and explore technical issues related to customer product integration and optimization.
- Document, communicate, and process work and issues accurately.
- Create and update technical documentation, knowledge-base articles, and FAQs.
- Communicate technical concepts and problems to technical and non-technical teams.
- Assist in evaluating and integrating generative AI tools and platforms into existing workflows.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of programming, algorithms, and data structures.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively.
- Passion for technology and willingness to learn.
- Ability to use generative AI tools effectively.
- Japanese proficiency is preferred.
- Familiarity with URL components and structures is a plus.
- Understanding of networking, databases, and APIs is a plus.
- Familiarity with Python, JavaScript, HTML, and SQL is a plus.
Benefits
