Responsibilities
- Follow established guidelines and SOPs to assist new clients with onboarding and go-live processes.
- Help customers integrate and optimize Appier products and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Document, communicate, and process work and issues with a high degree of precision.
- Create and update technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and FAQs.
- Communicate technical concepts and problems to technical and non-technical teams.
- Assist in evaluating and integrating generative AI tools and platforms into existing workflows.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of programming, algorithms, and data structures.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively.
- Passion for technology and willingness to learn.
- Ability to use generative AI tools effectively.
- Preferred: familiarity with URL components and structures, networking, databases, APIs, Python, JavaScript, HTML, and SQL.
