Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the Markets Portal used to create, configure, and launch markets
- Build automation pipelines for researching, structuring, deploying, and managing markets at scale
- Ship features and improvements end-to-end into production
- Build and maintain operational APIs, dashboards, and workflows supporting teams across the company
- Work across frontend and backend code using modern frameworks
- Partner with operations teams to understand workflows, gather feedback, and iterate
- Write clean, maintainable, scalable code and contribute through code reviews and engineering best practices
Requirements
- 4–5+ years of professional software development experience
- Experience building full-stack web applications
- Strong skills in TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), and CSS
- Experience with React and Node.js; Next.js experience is a bonus
- Strong customer empathy and ability to understand team workflows
- Ability to ship quickly, iterate from feedback, and work comfortably with ambiguity
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Passion for blockchain, decentralized finance, and freedom of speech
- Experience in an embedded or field engineering role is a plus
- Experience with workflow automation or deployment pipelines is a plus
- Background in fintech, crypto, or data-heavy applications is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent is a plus
