Responsibilities
- Own the Markets Portal and evolve systems for market creation and launch.
- Design and implement automation pipelines for market management.
- Ship features and improvements from concept to production.
- Build and maintain operational systems that support various teams.
- Work across both frontend and backend code using modern frameworks.
- Collaborate with operations teams to understand workflows and gather feedback.
- Write clean, maintainable code and uphold engineering best practices.
Requirements
- 4-5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Solid experience building full-stack web applications.
- Strong skills in TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), and CSS.
- Experience with React and Node.js; Next.js is a bonus.
- Strong customer empathy and understanding of team needs.
- A bias for action and comfort with shipping quickly.
- Ability to manage multiple systems and stakeholders effectively.
- Great communication and collaboration skills.
- Passion for blockchain, decentralized finance, and freedom of speech.
- Experience in embedded or field engineering roles is a plus.
- Experience with workflow automation or deployment pipelines is a plus.
- Background in fintech, crypto, or data-heavy applications is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent is a plus.
