Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design and delivery of scalable, secure, and intelligent enterprise systems.
- Develop, configure, integrate, and maintain Salesforce Sales Cloud, CPQ, CLM, and other GTM and security applications.
- Identify and deliver automation, integration, modernization, and AI-enabled platform opportunities.
- Provide technical leadership to internal engineers and external development partners.
- Develop incident response, on-call, playbook, and graceful-recovery practices.
- Mentor engineers, promote technical excellence, and support change management and user enablement.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in an engineering, science, systems, or similar role with a track record of leading AI-first enterprise system design, development, and deployment.
- Extensive hands-on experience with Salesforce, Workday, Slack, Atlassian, Ironclad, Luminance, Box, Monday, Jira, and similar enterprise applications.
- Experience with SAML, OIDC, SCIM, Okta, MDM platforms, Workato, Salesforce Sales Cloud, CPQ, Stigg, Salesloft, and data enrichment platforms such as Clay and ZoomInfo.
- Strong experience delivering integrations, automations, scalable systems, and measurable business impact in ambiguous environments.
- Excellent communication skills, including presenting data-driven narratives to stakeholders.
- Salesforce Administrator or Platform Developer certification is preferred.
- Experience with AI or workflow automation tools, Looker or similar analytics tools, and integration frameworks or middleware such as Workato and Fivetran is preferred.
