Responsibilities
- Design, build, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines supporting application development, testing, and deployment.
- Integrate security controls, vulnerability scanning, compliance checks, and automated security testing throughout pipeline workflows.
- Configure and manage source control, code scanning, static and dynamic analysis, dependency management, packaging, and artifact management tooling.
- Integrate functional, regression, security, unit, and other automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
- Manage Git version-control processes, branching strategies, merge workflows, and release traceability.
- Monitor pipelines, reduce build times, troubleshoot failures, resolve environment issues, and address deployment blockers.
- Support application rollout build and test phases and provide hands-on pipeline support to development and testing teams.
- Support infrastructure provisioning and infrastructure-as-code activities in coordination with the infrastructure team.
- Maintain pipeline documentation, tooling configurations, operational runbooks, and knowledge continuity.
- Evaluate DevSecOps tools and practices and recommend continuous improvements to the Infrastructure Lead.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in a hands-on DevSecOps engineering role.
- Hands-on proficiency with CI/CD platforms such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
- Strong experience with Git, source-code control, version management, branching strategies, and merge request workflows.
- Proficiency with security and code-quality tools such as SonarQube, Checkmarx, Snyk, or OWASP ZAP.
- Experience with artifact and code-packaging tools such as Nexus or JFrog Artifactory.
- Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
- Working knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP and related DevSecOps services.
- Understanding of automated testing integration, including unit, integration, and regression testing.
- Familiarity with Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK Stack for monitoring and observability.
- Experience in banking, financial services, or similarly regulated environments is advantageous.
