Responsibilities
- Develop and engineer end-to-end system features spanning user experience and backend code.
- Apply SRE observability practices including system monitoring, alerting, incident response, and reliability optimization.
- Troubleshoot complex distributed systems, identify root causes, and improve system performance.
- Serve as a subject matter expert, manage team activities, and make team-level technical decisions.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and provide solutions across team boundaries.
- Lead process improvements that enhance team productivity and product quality.
- Mentor junior team members and coordinate cross-functional communication on project goals and deliverables.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in SRE Observability.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Proficiency in SRE Observability, including monitoring, alerting, and incident response practices.
- Experience with cloud-native technologies and infrastructure automation.
- Ability to analyze and optimize system performance and reliability.
- Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex distributed systems and identify root causes.
