Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using React.js.
- Build fullstack functionality spanning frontend components, API integrations, and backend services.
- Define scalable, modular, reusable, and high-quality React component architectures.
- Optimize application performance through profiling, debugging, rendering optimization, memoization, lazy loading, and code splitting.
- Collaborate with product, UX/UI design, backend, and QA teams on complex features.
- Participate in architecture and technical design decisions.
- Write clean, reusable, tested code aligned with engineering standards.
- Implement testing, debugging, and continuous improvement strategies.
- Conduct code reviews and promote engineering best practices.
- Investigate and resolve complex technical issues in production applications.
- Communicate effectively in English with international teams.
Requirements
- Senior advanced or Senior+ level experience.
- Solid fullstack software development experience, ideally 7+ years.
- Deep, demonstrable React.js application development experience, ideally 5+ years.
- Experience with large-scale projects, high-traffic digital products, or complex web platforms.
- Ability to work autonomously and take technical ownership of critical functionality and components.
- Advanced React.js and modern JavaScript expertise, including React Hooks, Context API, component lifecycle, composition patterns, and state management.
- Experience with TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, asynchronous programming, error handling, and web application optimization.
- Professional experience developing frontend and backend functionality, designing and integrating APIs and services, and working with relational or NoSQL databases.
- Experience with unit, integration, and component testing; familiarity with Jest, React Testing Library, or equivalent tools.
- Knowledge of Git, pull requests, code reviews, SOLID principles, Clean Code, design patterns, and collaborative development.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Desirable experience with Node.js, Express, NestJS, Next.js, SSR/SSG, GraphQL, Redux Toolkit, Zustand, or other state-management tools.
