Responsibilities

Design the architecture and roadmap for advertising infrastructure, including SSP and targeting components.
Develop scalable, low-latency systems and integrate OpenRTB.
Lead and mentor the engineering team to support their growth.
Establish best practices for code quality, system performance, and reliable operations.
Collaborate with stakeholders to align business objectives with technical solutions.

Over 8 years of experience in back-end and distributed systems engineering, including leading cross-team technical projects in ad-tech.
Experience building SSP, ad exchanges, and DSP from architecture to production scale.
Strong leadership skills in project planning, execution, code/design reviews, and mentoring engineers.
Deep expertise in low-latency, high-throughput systems, performance profiling, and cost/performance trade-offs.
Experience operating streaming and data systems.
Experience in defining key metrics, building dashboards, and monitoring system performance and issues.
Proficiency in at least one back-end programming language (e.g., Go, Java) and a strong understanding of cloud-native architecture.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
