Responsibilities
- Design and implement innovative large language model architectures for project requirements.
- Develop and fine-tune models trained on extensive unlabeled datasets.
- Design neural network configurations and apply optimization techniques to improve model performance.
- Manage or contribute to large-scale data processing and management.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert and collaborate with multiple teams on technical decisions.
- Provide solutions across teams, coordinate with stakeholders, and align model design with business objectives and technical constraints.
- Lead knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Machine Learning.
- Proficiency in Machine Learning and strong understanding of neural network design and optimization techniques.
- Experience with large-scale data processing and management.
- Ability to develop and fine-tune models using extensive unlabeled datasets.
- Familiarity with natural language processing frameworks and tools.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Snowflake Data Warehouse and Microsoft Azure Data Services are preferred skills.
