Responsibilities
- Become a super-user of Partly’s inventory management system and related applications to understand how customers find vehicle parts.
- Scope, develop, and implement user-centric solutions using the Partly Platform.
- Build integrations that support customer needs and onboarding.
- Work with Engineering to define requirements and guidelines for product development.
- Engage customers in testing, iterate on solutions, and provide constructive product feedback.
- Lead research and development into the optimal experience for the dismantler customer segment.
Requirements
- A STEM degree, ideally with flexibility to transition to a full-time role after the internship.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for working with customers and colleagues.
- Proficiency analyzing data with Python, Pandas, and SQL.
- Logical, structured problem-solving skills and an interest in complex problems and innovation.
- Flexibility, adaptability, and awareness of industry trends and best practices.
