Responsibilities
- Fine-tune and adapt large language models for specific domains and instructions.
- Analyze model performance and continuously evaluate outputs to identify improvements.
- Apply natural language processing, data preprocessing, data augmentation, and model fine-tuning techniques.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate model improvements into production environments.
- Document methodologies and findings for team knowledge sharing.
- Participate in team discussions and provide solutions to work-related problems.
- Guide and support junior team members in model development tasks.
- Work independently and develop subject-matter expertise.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience working with large language models.
- Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience with natural language processing techniques and model fine-tuning strategies.
- Strong understanding of machine learning principles related to language model adaptation.
- Familiarity with data preprocessing and augmentation methods.
- Ability to analyze model performance metrics and implement iterative improvements.
- Knowledge of programming languages used in model development, such as Python.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
