Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, configure, and enhance ServiceNow applications and solutions.
- Work with development teams and stakeholders to implement requirements using the ServiceNow platform.
- Analyze business needs and operating environments to ensure technically sound and extensible solutions.
- Administer the ServiceNow configuration management database and implement CMDB or asset integrations.
- Implement scripted web services and integrations using relevant web service technologies and libraries.
- Identify system improvements and apply new tools and techniques to modernize customer processes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience, including ITSM tables, Glide, scripting, business rules, client scripts, custom applications, or development methods.
- Experience with web development technologies including XHTML, HTML, CSS3, SQL, XML, or Angular.
- Experience with backend technologies including JavaScript, PHP, .NET, Java, or ColdFusion.
- Experience with ServiceNow CMDB administration and scripted web services or integrations.
- Knowledge of SOAP and REST web services.
- TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Preferred experience includes object-oriented programming, SQL and NoSQL databases, UML, ERD, flow diagrams, Script Includes, JavaScript or CSS Includes, DevOps pipelines, Agile Scrum, proposal writing, SAML, Active Directory, LDAP integrations, and ITILv3 or ITILv4 Foundations certification.
