Responsibilities
- Maintain and enhance custom .NET and SQL Server applications.
- Create data stores and queries for Microsoft Reporting Server.
- Troubleshoot and tune database performance, capacity, and data security issues.
- Build stored procedures, views, DDL, triggers, and other database components.
- Provide technical guidance to business team members about database changes.
- Support code-based solutions using C# and .NET when qualified.
- Analyze complex applications and systems and recommend solutions.
Requirements
- At least 6 years of experience with MS SQL Server technologies.
- Experience troubleshooting and tuning SQL queries.
- Experience writing complex stored procedures, triggers, and views.
- Knowledge of SSRS, SSIS, and SSAS is preferred.
- Experience with Visual Studio, C#.NET, and WCF is preferred.
- Strong understanding of systems and business application development.
- Knowledge of project-management concepts and techniques.
- Ability to analyze complex applications and program with minimal interfaces.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, written communication, and oral communication skills.
- Knowledge of Power BI and SSRS.
- Ability to interact with people at all organizational levels.
