Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Android mobile applications.
- Ensure application performance, stability, and feature completeness across multiple devices and operating systems.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, backend developers, and other technical teams to define and deliver new features.
- Write high-quality, maintainable, and performant code.
- Debug and resolve technical issues in the application.
- Lead application architecture and technical design.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other engineers.
- Participate in code reviews and technical reviews to improve engineering quality.
- Stay current with Android ecosystem developments and apply relevant technologies to projects.
Requirements
- Extensive Android development experience and a deep understanding of the Android platform and development ecosystem.
- Proficiency in Kotlin and the Android SDK; Java proficiency is also referenced in the description.
- Familiarity with common Android development frameworks, components, and design patterns.
- Strong understanding of software engineering principles and best practices.
- Experience interacting with server APIs; gRPC and protobuf experience is preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to independently drive project progress while collaborating effectively with a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
