Responsibilities
- Build and improve APIs, microservices, and frontend experiences for government agencies.
- Own features end-to-end, collaborating with Product and Design to define problems and solutions.
- Develop AI-powered product features, including intelligent data analysis and agent-driven workflows.
- Utilize AI-assisted development tools to enhance coding, debugging, and documentation processes.
- Produce clean, well-documented code and conduct thorough reviews of both human-written and AI-generated code.
- Collaborate across the organization to translate business priorities into shipped features.
Requirements
- 10+ years of full stack development experience in an agile environment.
- Strong experience with modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks, particularly React, and backend development with Node.js.
- Comfortable working across the stack, from frontend to backend and data layer.
- Experience building heavily utilized enterprise SaaS software.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and their effective use.
- Experience building AI-powered product features, such as agents and workflow automation.
- Proficient in building APIs, designing database models, and working with event-driven patterns.
