Responsibilities

Design, build, and deploy AI-driven workflows and prompt frameworks within nCino.
Translate business, credit, and technology requirements into production-ready solutions.
Integrate AI capabilities with borrower, collateral, and credit data sources.
Test, evaluate, and optimize AI outputs for accuracy, compliance, and usability.
Support deployment, user adoption, training, and knowledge transfer.
Create reusable accelerators and best practices for broader lending use cases.

At least 5 years of experience in software engineering, AI/ML, data engineering, or solution implementation.
Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, agentic workflows, APIs, and cloud-based applications.
Strong programming skills in Python and/or JavaScript.
Experience working directly with clients and business stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred experience with nCino, Salesforce, or commercial lending platforms.
Preferred knowledge of credit underwriting, credit memo preparation, borrower financial analysis, lending operations, and AI delivery in regulated financial services.
