Base Salary
$91k - $125k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable, high-performing cloud infrastructure across AWS GovCloud and Azure.
- Automate deployment, monitoring, observability, incident response, and continuous system performance improvements.
- Collaborate with architecture and engineering teams to establish SLOs and track error budgets.
- Conduct redundancy, resilience, and failover testing for mission-critical SaaS and PaaS platforms.
- Manage security posture and enforce FedRAMP best practices aligned with Trimble Cloud Core Platform standards.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience with AWS and/or Azure public cloud environments.
- System administration and scripting experience with technologies such as Python, PowerShell, Bash, or Perl.
- Understanding of IT operations, networking, storage, and computing concepts.
- Application operations troubleshooting and problem-solving experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and willingness to learn new technologies.
- Preferred experience with infrastructure-as-code and configuration management tools such as Ansible or Terraform.
- Preferred familiarity with Docker, ECS, EKS, or Kubernetes.
- Preferred experience with FedRAMP frameworks, AWS SDK, SAML, or Active Directory.
- Preferred knowledge of database technologies and operational tools such as Grafana, Sumo, PRTG, or Jira Service Management.
