Responsibilities
- Design, build, deploy, performance-test, tune, and monitor Microsoft Copilot Studio agents and AI-powered chatbots.
- Develop topics, entities, actions, and Power Automate flows integrating with Microsoft 365, Dataverse, and third-party systems.
- Implement solution architecture including error handling, escalation paths, fallback strategies, and platform governance.
- Mentor citizen developers through workshops, code reviews, reusable templates, guardrails, and escalation support.
- Lead discovery sessions, assess feasibility, define solution boundaries, and produce solution designs, capability assessments, decision logs, and technical recommendations.
- Track Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Platform roadmaps and advise stakeholders on capabilities, limitations, risks, and workarounds.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of hands-on Microsoft Copilot Studio experience in production environments.
- Strong command of Power Automate, including cloud flows, HTTP connectors, Dataverse operations, and error handling.
- Solid understanding of Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, Azure AD / Entra ID, and Graph API.
- Experience supporting or mentoring citizen developers in a low-code/no-code governance context.
- Ability to communicate solution boundaries and technical recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Azure OpenAI, Azure Bot Service, and Logic Apps.
- Proficiency in documenting solution designs, decision logs, and technical specifications.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Preferred qualifications include Microsoft PL-100, PL-200, PL-400, or AI-102 certifications; generative AI prompt engineering and Copilot extensibility experience; enterprise change management or digital transformation experience; and exposure to regulated industries.
