Responsibilities
- Participate in SaaS product implementations through configuration and solution delivery.
- Engage extensively with customers to help them realize value from the product.
- Prepare requirements, design, functional, and technical specification documents.
- Collaborate with Product Development teams to deliver agreed requirements.
- Research the current application and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Create and execute unit-testing scripts and test and modify systems for optimal operation.
- Develop strategies and processes to implement product solutions efficiently.
- Potentially lead a team of Implementation Specialists during implementations.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience working with J2EE/Java and N-Tier architectures.
- Experience with RDBMS, NoSQL, SQL, and relational, NoSQL, and dimensional modeling techniques.
- Proven experience creating requirements, design documents, and technical specifications.
- Experience participating in the design or implementation phase of a SaaS product.
- Experience configuring web applications, preferably WFM, T&A, and Task Manager solutions.
- B.E. or B.Tech degree completed full time.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, independent working, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment and meet urgent operational deadlines.
