Responsibilities
- Design, build, and support Azure Kubernetes Service platforms and related Azure infrastructure.
- Automate platform provisioning, configuration, and deployments using Terraform, Azure DevOps, GitHub, and Helm.
- Implement security, compliance, RBAC, Managed Identity, secrets management, and DevSecOps controls.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize platform performance using Prometheus, Grafana, and Azure Application Insights.
- Collaborate with engineering, infrastructure, and security teams to deliver reliable and scalable cloud solutions.
Requirements
- Significant experience in platform engineering, DevOps, cloud engineering, or infrastructure engineering.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, Azure Kubernetes Service, Kubernetes, Docker, and Linux administration.
- Proven experience with infrastructure as code and automation or scripting practices, preferably Terraform.
- Experience with CI/CD, GitOps, and software configuration management using tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub, Argo CD, Flux, SonarQube, or Artifactory.
- Knowledge of DevSecOps, Azure Key Vault, Managed Identity, RBAC, networking fundamentals, and enterprise storage solutions.
- Preferred certifications include Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, Azure DevOps Engineer Expert, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, and Certified Kubernetes Administrator or equivalent.
