Base Salary

$100k - $120k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Enhance and adhere to operational procedures for production support.
  • Demonstrate, reproduce, and resolve technical issues across customer technology stacks.
  • Design and build tools to analyze product and network log files.
  • Administer infrastructure and systems to keep customers informed.
  • Become a domain expert on Ripple's technology and products.
  • Collaborate with engineering to fix issues and release patches.
  • Coach customers on best practices for Ripple technology.
  • Assist in QA and validation of releases against customer environments.
  • Communicate customer requirements to influence product development.
  • Participate in out-of-hours customer production support as needed.

Requirements

  • 3 - 5 years of experience in transaction processing systems.
  • Strong sense of ownership and customer-centric attitude.
  • Excellent leadership and decision-making skills.
  • Deep understanding of payment flows and cross-border processing.
  • Knowledge of IT infrastructure including databases and servers.
  • Strong collaboration skills in an agile environment.
  • Excellent oral, written, and customer service skills.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to communicate knowledge of hardware and software products.
