Base Salary
$195k - $195k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead technical enablement programs so partners can implement and drive adoption of Chainguard Containers and Libraries.
- Collaborate with partner account managers, account executives, sales engineers, and customer success managers on partner strategies, value realization, and mutual growth.
- Create and maintain integration guides, reference architectures, best practices, and other partner-facing technical content.
- Support post-sales technical engagements through co-delivery, architecture reviews, and escalation support.
- Serve as the technical liaison between partners and Chainguard Product and Engineering teams, conveying requirements and feedback.
- Assess partner technical competencies and design programs to close capability gaps.
- Maintain partner-level architecture documentation and share best practices across the organization.
- Collaborate with and teach Chainguard teams and the broader partner community.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in a post-sales client-support role, preferably in partner engineering, alliances, channel solutions architecture, or a similar partner-facing technical role.
- At least 8 years of experience developing high-performance multi-tier applications.
- Strong experience with Kubernetes and containers.
- Experience working with system integrators, ISVs, resellers, or technology alliances and understanding of partner go-to-market motions.
- Ability to communicate technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience creating scalable technical enablement programs and partner-facing content.
- Bachelor's degree focused on Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Technology.
- Strong experience with software development processes, practices, and software engineering design concepts.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams, alliances, and business partners.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
- Must be located in the Eastern Time Zone.
