Base Salary
$195k - $195k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead technical enablement programs for partners to implement Chainguard solutions.
- Collaborate with the alliances and channel team to drive joint strategies and mutual growth.
- Develop and maintain partner-facing technical content, including integration guides and best practices.
- Support partners in post-sales technical engagements and complex customer environments.
- Act as the primary technical liaison between partners and Chainguard's Product and Engineering teams.
- Identify gaps in partner technical competencies and design enablement programs.
- Maintain partner-level architecture documentation and share best practices.
Requirements
- Minimum 4+ years experience in a post-sales role supporting clients.
- 8+ years of experience developing high-performance multi-tier applications.
- Strong experience in Kubernetes and Containers.
- Experience working within a partner ecosystem and understanding partner go-to-market strategies.
- Ability to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to create scalable technical enablement programs.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Technology.
- Strong working experience with software development processes and design concepts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
- Located in the Eastern Time Zone.
