Responsibilities

Deploy, maintain, and support o9 Digital Brain SaaS environments across major cloud platforms.
Maintain infrastructure through provisioning, upgrades, resizing, migrations, patching, and vulnerability or security bug remediation.
Build software and automation to manage platform infrastructure and applications.
Monitor availability, system health, performance, reliability, quality, cost, and deployment or upgrade timelines.
Provide rotating on-call support and collaborate with globally distributed teams across time zones.
Resolve infrastructure support tickets within SLA/SLO using Zendesk and analyze recurring issues to implement permanent fixes through automation and standard operating procedures.
Provide customer-facing and internal or on-premises infrastructure support.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, information technology, industrial engineering, engineering management, or a related listed field.
Cloud administration certification for at least one cloud platform and Kubernetes administration certification.
5–9 years of experience in a DevOps or SRE role deploying and maintaining applications, tuning performance, conducting upgrades and patches, and supporting continuous integration and deployment tooling.
At least 4 years of experience deploying and maintaining applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Experience with Docker or similar container technologies and Kubernetes or similar platforms.
Working knowledge of Jenkins, Ansible, Terraform, and ArgoCD.
Experience with at least one scripting language, such as Bash, shell, PowerShell, or Python.
Working knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems.
Strong operating-system concepts, Linux troubleshooting, automation, cloud, and Python skills, plus the ability to debug issues and work independently with limited guidance.
Experience with customer-facing interactions and willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

Hybrid work arrangement in Bangalore.
Regular shift options are Tuesday–Saturday or Sunday–Thursday, with weekend upgrade and support coverage.
