Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and troubleshoot basic software solutions and Go services.
- Write secure, high-quality code and address code quality issues with peer guidance.
- Support the design, build, and operation of resilient, scalable services deployed to AWS.
- Apply automation to reduce manual toil throughout the Software Development Life Cycle.
- Use and validate enterprise-authorized AI-assisted development tools for coding, testing, troubleshooting, and documentation.
- Analyze basic data sets to support technical troubleshooting and continuous improvement.
- Troubleshoot routine technical issues and participate in communities of practice focused on emerging cloud technologies.
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to code in one or more programming languages.
- Baseline knowledge of software, applications, and technical processes in a technical discipline.
- Hands-on experience using and critically evaluating enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools.
- Understanding of responsible AI use, data sensitivity, secure handling of inputs and outputs, resiliency, and security expectations.
- Understanding of software development, maintenance, business analysis, and software improvement practices.
- Proficiency with development toolsets and basic knowledge of technology trends and best practices.
- Basic understanding of CI/CD, application resiliency, security, and agile methodologies.
- Preferred exposure to AWS, Go, Docker, Kubernetes, AI-assisted developer tools or agents, Terraform, CloudFormation, CDK, Prometheus, Grafana, or Dynatrace.
