Base Salary
$200k - $272k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain a platform for internal development workflows.
- Lead the creation of developer tools to automate CI/CD processes.
- Implement monitoring and analytics tools for application performance insights.
- Collaborate with Infrastructure and Data Teams to enhance developer tooling.
- Create architecture diagrams for scalable system development.
- Mentor team members and foster their growth.
- Translate product requirements into technical specifications.
- Architect and develop scalable web applications and RESTful APIs.
- Build tools and automation to enhance platform capabilities.
- Evaluate and enhance performance, durability, and security of applications.
- Contribute to server-side and client-side code.
- Ensure adherence to best practices through code reviews.
- Adapt to evolving business needs and transition between contexts.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience as a software engineer with a proven track record.
- 3+ years of experience with NodeJS and React; familiarity with NestJS/NextJS is a plus.
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or related field.
- Proficiency in various technologies including PostgreSQL, JavaScript, and AWS.
- Strong object-oriented programming skills and understanding of algorithms.
- Previous experience leading engineering teams and successful project delivery.
- Self-directed with a passion for driving features/products from inception to delivery.
- Agile development experience, preferably in startup or scaling environments.
