Responsibilities
- Lead the design and development of medium-scale feature applications and support larger development efforts.
- Develop, troubleshoot, and resolve defects and performance issues in Java microservices and full-stack applications.
- Make application design decisions and help establish coding, testing, debugging, and implementation standards.
- Participate in the full development life cycle, including test-plan execution, software quality, delivery, and production operations.
- Analyze system dependencies, runtime properties, performance requirements, and upstream and downstream integrations.
- Coordinate across teams, vendors, and delivery approaches to manage risks, dependencies, bottlenecks, and escalations.
- Improve engineering, architecture, delivery, and operations processes and share technical knowledge with teammates.
Requirements
- 9–13 years of experience in a product development or product management environment.
- Bachelor’s or university degree, or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in Java, microservices, and Angular full-stack development.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, written, and oral communication skills.
- Experience delivering with an agile methodology and leading infrastructure programs.
- Experience influencing large-scale culture change and working with third-party service providers.
- Ability to work with substantial autonomy, lead technical decisions, and coordinate across teams.
