Base Salary
$140k - $175k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and build large-scale distributed systems for data ingestion, transformation, and serving.
- Partner with ML and Serving teams to support feature engineering workflows.
- Contribute to the evolution of Feature Infra / Feature Store for scalability and consistency.
- Collaborate on Identity Graph construction for effective signal enrichment.
- Improve system observability, resilience, and performance.
- Mentor engineers and define best practices for data and backend engineering.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical field.
- 3+ years of software engineering experience with modern programming languages.
- Experience designing and maintaining backend services or data-intensive systems.
- Hands-on experience with data processing frameworks like Apache Beam or Spark.
- Working knowledge of cloud infrastructure and data storage technologies.
- Demonstrated experience delivering projects through collaboration with cross-functional teams.
