Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX work, including user research, journey mapping, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and usability testing.
- Design and maintain a shared Figma design system with reusable components, tokens, and patterns.
- Translate ambiguous product, engineering, and marketing requirements into validated interaction and visual design solutions.
- Apply visual design principles involving typography, layout, color, and motion.
- Hand-code pixel-perfect, accessible HTML5, CSS3, and SCSS and deliver production UI in React and/or Angular.
- Build and maintain marketing-site landing pages, campaigns, and brand experiences.
- Ensure WCAG, Section 508, multilingual, and RTL accessibility and layout support.
- Optimize interface performance and responsiveness across devices and screen sizes.
- Use analytics and A/B testing to validate design decisions after launch.
- Review and refine AI-assisted design, documentation, analysis, content, and code outputs for accuracy, compliance, completeness, and business alignment.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience designing and building production web interfaces across both UX/design and frontend engineering.
- A portfolio showing end-to-end ownership from research and wireframes through shipped user interfaces.
- Expertise in hand-coded HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, and Bootstrap, plus hands-on React and/or Angular experience.
- Required fluency in Figma and familiarity with XD, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
- Strong visual and interaction design skills with working knowledge of WCAG, Section 508, and RTL/multilingual design.
- Enterprise SaaS experience and familiarity with Agile/Scrum.
- Ability to produce clean, standards-compliant W3C code.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field.
- Preferred experience owning both a marketing site involving CMS and campaigns and a product design system.
- Preferred deep RTL/bidirectional layout experience and comfort working in an AI-assisted design and development workflow.
